I’ve made a ton of chocolate chip cookies in my lifetime, since I’m married to a man with a ferocious sweet tooth whose favorite cookies are chocolate chip. But sometimes they spread too much and get too crispy, etc., so I went looking for a new recipe besides Ye Olde Toll House.
These were terrific (sadly, since I may have eaten my weight in them the first day!) and one great aspect is that if you wanted to double the recipe, you can actually freeze half of it. Very cool! You can check out the blog here.
