This thoroughly original and compelling story absolutely amazed me in its depth and complexity. To read it is to enter an Aladdin’s Cave of story drenched in a world gone by and a setting filled with dark magic and intense flavor. To have come up with this idea, much less carried it off with such extraordinary world-building…I’m truly impressed.
