1 pkg. Milk or Dark chocolate chips
2 Tblsp. Crisco
1 – 14oz bag of caramel bits
1 Tblsp. water
1 cup chopped Peanuts
5 Tblsp. butter
Melt chocolate chips & Crisco in the microwave for 1 minute at 20 % at a time until melted. Line an 8 inch pan with foil. Pour 1/2 of the chocolate mixture in pan & smooth & refrigerate for 15 minutes. Melt caramels in another container with butter & water until smooth. Stir in peanuts. Pour Caramel mixture over chocolate layer & refrigerate for 30 minutes. Pour remaining chocolate over the caramel & refrigerate at least an hour before slicing. Keep refrigerated

Egg nog and a slice of fruitcake! I know, I’m weird, but that’s what I like.
