This recipe was a prized one from my grandfather’s cousin in Kerrville (near the famed YO Ranch) but she never shared it with anyone…UNTIL she asked me what I wanted for a wedding gift and…pretty sure you can guess what I said!
They’re the most tender biscuits I’ve ever eaten and a favorite of my own family and friends. When I think of Ruby’s famous biscuits, this is the recipe I’m crediting to her!
